SHIPPING POLICIES

Cottage Gifts & Candles makes every effort to ship you orders within 24 -36 hours from the date of receipt of payment, Monday – Friday. Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:00 CST will be processed that day and will ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and ship on Monday. If the merchandise that you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified immediately, either by phone or email. We ship U.S. Postal Service, UPS and Federal Express ground. Insurance is included in the shipping cost and rates are for the Continental U.S. only. Alaska, Hawaii and international customers please email us for shipping rates. If your package(s) are delivered later than expected due to the carrier, we apologize for the delay, but are unable to issue a refund. COTTAGE GIFTS & CANDLES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY TIMES BY ANY CARRIER. 

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import fees and or taxes. You are responsible for all fees incurred by your local custom agencies. You will be charged the amount of return postage if you refuse your shipment, fail to pay import taxes or fees. Your local custom agency may delay your order for reasons beyond our control. Please familiarize yourself with the policies if you intend to place an international order.
